Supporting our site in Karlskrona, Sweden, this team contributes across the full project lifecycle—from tendering to execution. We bring expertise in engineering, planning, installation, and digitalisation to ensure high-quality, efficient delivery of high-voltage cable projects. Our work includes tender design (Cable), risk analysis, scheduling, documentation, testing, and contract management, Installation (route survey, burial assessment, onshore, offshore) as well as driving process excellence through data analytics, PLM, and automation

Our team supports the Cologne and Berlin sites in Germany, contributing to NKT’s HVS business line with tendering, design, engineering, planning, project management, and external sourcing and documentation. We prepare technical and commercial bids, conduct simulations, and manage project schedules and documentation. 

Our Group Functions span market intelligence, sustainability, audits, branding, and master data migration in ERP. These teams play an instrumental role to business lines across NKT by contributing in relevant areas across the value chain in projects, tenders and operational services.

Our IT team is a vital part of NKT’s global digital backbone. We develop and support enterprise systems—from .NET applications and SAP to PLM and M-Files. We manage IT assets, software licenses, and ensure secure, connected environments across sites. Our Group IT also drives data analytics, integrations, and contributes to major transformation programmes like SAP S/4HANA.

The Procurement team supports global operations by securing the right materials, suppliers, and services. We focus on Procurement Excellence, Operational Procurement, and Installation Services Procurement. Our roles span digitalisation, market intelligence, supplier risk, sustainability, and analytics. We manage purchase orders, contracts, and installation scopes to ensure cost-effective, compliant, and high-performing supply chains.
