1. Apply
When you find a job that interests you, submit your application by uploading your CV. A cover letter is optional.
- Review the job ad and make sure to highlight relevant knowledge and experience mentioned in the ad.
2. Screening
The recruitment team will review your application and get back to you.
- You can find the contact information for the recruiter and hiring manager in the job ad.
3. Initial dialogue
If your profile meets our criteria, we will reach out to you for an initial dialogue. Alternatively, you may be invited to a video interview (RecRight).
- Keep track of your phone and email inbox.
4. Interviews
If you progress to the next stage, you will be invited to interviews with relevant team members. Personality assessments and background checks may be included.
- Bring your questions to the interview, and we will be happy to answer them.
5. Offer
Should we extend an offer to you, it will include compensation, benefits, and other relevant information. Once accepted, the NKT Onboarding process will be initiated.
