To apply for a job, click on the apply button on the job offering page and create an account with your application data in a few clicks.

In all job advertisements you will find contact information details to the respective HR responsible.

Please reach out to the HR responsible mentioned in the job advertisement.

You will receive a confirmation email after you have finished your application. We will then provide feedback to you throughout the process. You are of course always welcome to reach out to the HR responsible.

If you cannot find any matching position now you can still let us know you are interested in working for NKT. Please register your profile in our Talent Pool. Here you can also subscribe for notifications on jobs matching what you are looking for. Kindly note that we do not accept any applications via e-mail. 

Yes, simply fill out your profile in our online application system. Once your online profile is complete, you can apply for multiple positions.

As a standard we require your resume. Optionally, you can add a cover letter describing you, your background and why you have applied for this role. However, as this might differ from country to country, please view the individual job ad. This information is usually stated there. If unclear, please reach out to the HR colleague responsible.

Yes. While we try to be explicit when a requirement is mandatory (i.e. language skills), we also recognize that each candidate is unique.  If you are close to fulfilling the criteria and are inspired by what we have to offer, we would rather hear from you than not. 

If you no longer want to be a part of the recruitment process, log in to your profile. There you will find the option of withdrawing your application. 

Register your profile in our Talent Pool. There you can create alerts and receive new job postings for roles that interest you.

Protecting your personal data is important to us at NKT. Therefore, we will only collect, process and use your personal data on our career website in compliance with the EU General Data Privacy Regulation (GDPR).

If your application has been selected to move forward, you may receive an invitation to submit video responses to pre-recorded interview questions, via our „RecRight“ tool. The further process entails online and/or face-to-face interviews, and may entail personality- and cognitive assessments. We may also ask you to submit references and a criminal record. Please note, our recruitment process may vary depending on country and position. 

The benefits and perks vary depending on the country you are applying in. This information is usually stated in the individual job ads. 

RecRight is an online tool we use to conduct pre-recorded video interviews. This allows us to ask questions related to your motivation and experience. Once we have reviewed your responses, we will reach out to you as soon as possible. If you are selected to continue the recruitment process, the next step would be a face-to-face or online interview with HR and/or the hiring manager.   

1. Apply

When you find a job that interests you, submit your application by uploading your CV. A cover letter is optional.

2. Screening

The recruitment team will review your application and get back to you.

3. Initial dialogue

If your profile meets our criteria, we will reach out to you for an initial dialogue. Alternatively, you may be invited to a video interview (RecRight).

4. Interviews

If you progress to the next stage, you will be invited to interviews with relevant team members. Personality assessments and background checks may be included.

5. Offer

Should we extend an offer to you, it will include compensation, benefits, and other relevant information. Once accepted, the NKT Onboarding process will be initiated.
