(Junior) Stage Gate Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibility areas

We are searching for a strong personality to facilitate and enable the Stage Gate processes for R&D portfolio for the NKT Group and complement our team reporting to the CTO.

Further tasks are:

• Manage and continuously improve the stage gate framework
• Ensure strategic alignment across three business lines and their product management
• Support roadmapping process and reporting to C-level management
• Optimization of entire R&D portfolio under consideration of interdisciplinary requirements
• Act as counter-part and reviewer for stage gate related topics for the R&D project leaders´
• Actively drive own initiatives and innovation projects

Your profile

• University degree in the field of engineering (preferably industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering) or economics/business administration
• Ideally innovation management or R&D experience
• Ability to transport complex messages (in English and preferably one other main languages, German, Swedish, Danish)
• Solid analytical and structured work approach
• Open for constant change
• Interested in innovation and product development
