Optimize global reward processes 
The purpose of the role is to support NKT to be attractive in our total rewards offering whilst ensuring process compliance & standardization when it comes to rewards. You will also prepare the company for the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive in 2026, which includes data definitions, data analysis and recommendations.   


Your role will be to: 

  • Advance the Global Rewards agenda by proposing changes and enhancements to improve operational efficiency 
  • Carry out the execution of annual reward processes including global salary review, global bonus payout, global salary benchmarking, and launch/closure of annual share program 
  • Support the Head of Rewards with ongoing ad-hoc tasks/projects (e.g., benchmarking exercises, salary analysis for different teams etc) 
  • Own and promote the career framework and supporting governance processes internally in HR and across Business Lines 


You will be part of a team of reward specialists and report to Director Global Rewards. This role involves collaboration with HR colleagues, senior business leaders, and vendors, and is based in Broendby with a hybrid work pattern. 


Rewards specialist with analytical skills 

We are looking for a person with relevant Rewards experience from multinational companies, who can work with some ambiguity whilst acting as a rewards ambassador. You should have solid analytical skills, attention to detail, the ability to perform in-depth analysis and a keen sense of confidentiality.  


You also have: 

  • 4-6 years’ experience from a similar role  
  • Knowledge of Mercer methodologies & surveys is beneficial (TRS, Comptryx etc) 
  • Experience in working large data sets and supporting large global compensation processes 
  • Solid experience in working daily with Excel, including vlookups, pivot tables, charts, and advanced tools (vba, power BI). 
  • Experience with ERP systems and configuring/building reports as per business needs (experience with SuccessFactors is beneficial) 
  • Fluency in English
