Ensure effective internal controls and compliance excellence
As a Financial Compliance Specialist, you will support and diligently conduct financial compliance reviews, helping to ensure a strong internal control environment across NKT. You will contribute to the development and automation of compliance reporting and provide training to colleagues across the organization.

Your responsibility will be to:

  • Perform financial compliance reviews and follow up on observations
  • Define and execute internal control sample test models
  • Improve and automate financial compliance reporting
  • Support the maintenance of the NKT Internal Control Framework
  • Deliver training sessions to enhance compliance awareness


You will collaborate with finance professionals across the organization. The position is based in Brøndby, Denmark, with approximately 30–40 travel days per year, mainly within Europe.

You also have:

  • A Master’s degree (e.g., cand.merc.aud)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Fluency in English
