We’re seeking a tech-savvy Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst who’s passionate about leveraging data, embracing AI, and delivering quality and accuracy to fuel our exciting growth journey.

Your Role: Drive Impact with Precision, Business Partnering skills and Innovation

As a Financial Analyst, you will contribute to develop and utilizing data analytics tools to enhance our reporting and business intelligence agility, you’ll also support the budget and forecast processes as well as partnering with some of our business areas, supporting them in strategic decision making that its accurately reflected in our planning cycles.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the budget and forecast process with template preparation, analysis, and high-quality reporting.
  • Monitoring key metrics, costs, and investments to keep the business on track with expectations.
  • Acting as the go-to point of contact for finance teams and business stakeholders, providing actionable financial insights.
  • OPEX controlling for dedicated departments, acting as business partner.
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Driving standardization and process improvements, integrating digital tools and AI to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide support and guidance within the team and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Executing ad-hoc tasks.

Who We’re Looking For: A Tech-Savvy Financial Innovator

We’re seeking a motivated FP&A Analyst with a classic financial analyst profile and a passion for technology. You’re eager to embed AI and digital solutions into your work to influence new ways of working. Here’s what we expect:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in Finance, Controlling, or FP&A roles.
  • Tech Proficiency: Skilled in data analytics tools (e.g., SAP, Qlik, Power BI, OneStream) and advanced Excel. Experience or interest in AI-driven financial tools is a big plus!
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to understand business drivers, question assumptions, and identify cost-saving or profitability opportunities.
  • Communication: Excellent skills to convey financial insights clearly and support stakeholders effectively.
  • Independence & Ownership: Proven ability to work with minimal supervision, own processes, and set requirements.
  • Growth-Oriented: Motivated to learn, grow, and embrace challenges while driving process improvements.
  • Language: Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Bonus: Experience in industrial controlling is advantageous but not required.

Salary range for this position is from 3300 Eur to 4600 Eur Gross.
