We seek a skilled HSE & Quality Manager to enhance our operational standards and maintain a safe workplace.

Optimize and improve our processes focusing on people’s safety and quality of the product

As HSE & Quality Manager, you will be responsible  of both the Health, Safety & Environment and Quality functions at our site. Your key tasks will include:

• Leading and developing the HSE and Quality teams.
• Ensuring compliance with ISO standards (ISO:5001, ISO:9001, ISO:14001, ISO:45001).
• Implementing continuous improvement initiatives across production and support functions during internal audits and preparing for external certifications.
• Monitoring and analyzing KPIs related to safety and quality.
• Promoting a proactive safety culture and quality mindset throughout the organization.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement best practices.

• Establishing the requirements for top risks safety programs by developing the right standards and procedures
• Converting global strategies into effective local initiatives and operational instructions

• Participating in Group project across the whole organization.

To effectively contribute in this role you need to be collaborative, open for other perspective and focus on solutions. We are looking for people oriented manager, who knows how to solve the problems and lead diverse team.

• A university degree in engineering, quality management, or occupational safety.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive knowledge of relevant ISO standards and regulatory requirements (FME, Ishikawa, 5 Why, 8D)
• Comprehensive knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and measurements, as well as machine safety regulations, equipment risk assessment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing teams.
• Methodological approach and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English, experience of working in multicultural environment.
