In this role, you will lead the R&D team in Asnæs, ensuring effective execution of cable design projects aligned with business priorities. You will promote a culture of innovation, safety, and collaboration while facilitating design-to-cost improvements and resolving technical challenges. Your leadership will be vital for ensuring the team’s ongoing improvement and cooperative spirit.
