At NKT SSC in Kaunas, we are looking for a Quality Coordinator to join our newly established quality team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies that directly impact our internal clients across the NKT Group. Lead quality initiatives across finance operations

As a Quality Coordinator, you will support the Quality Manager in implementing quality assurance policies, conducting audits, and coordinating improvement projects. You will be deeply involved in investigating customer complaints and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

Your responsibility will be to:

  • Participate in developing and implementing the SSC Quality Strategy.
  • Investigate root causes of defects and recommend preventive solutions.
  • Monitor customer feedback trends to identify improvement areas.
  • Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and findings.
  • Support MEC activities and E2E process development across teams.

You will be part of a collaborative team based in Kaunas, reporting to the Quality Manager.

Finance-focused problem-solver with quality mindset

You are an engaged and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. Your effective communication skills and customer-focused mindset help you build trust and facilitate improvements across departments.

You also have:

  • 3+ years of experience in general ledger accounting and reporting.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.

Salary range for this position is from 3800 Eur to 3900 Eur Gross.
