Meet some NKT Connectors

It’s never just talk when it comes to Health & Safety Manager Tanja Brodersen. She walks the walk, living by her mantra: “It’s important that we are healthy and happy when we go to work, but it’s equally important that we are healthy and happy when we leave work.”

Vincent speaks about the benefits of diversity and different backgrounds in his team.

Andreas is working as a Product Manager at NKT in Cologne. He joined in 2015 and enjoys working with the different sites of NKT and having a lot of customer contact.

Rasa is heading up our Shared Service Center in Kaunas, Lithuania and speaks about how daily challenges are creating opportunities for colleagues to grow.

Christian thinks that NKT has an excellent culture where colleagues care about each other and that allows people to grow in their roles and gives them different opportunities.

Josef works at NKT as a process engineer on the isolation line. He started at NKT as a seasonal part-time employee and developed to working full time as an operator of screening lines. He mentions that NKT is a great place to work because it’s a stable company in a growing industry.

Katerina works as production planning manager at NKT. She is responsible for submitting customer orders into the system and managing all the planning processes of the orders. She likes working at NKT because it’s stable and gives an opportunity to its employees to grow and face new challenges.

Johan works as a Quality Coordinator at NKT. He specializes in finding product deviations that take place in the production and works to ensure that it doesn’t happen again. He likes NKT because it provides an opportunity to develop professionally, mentioning that the culture at NKT is very open, and that he feels like he can say what he thinks.

Linnea works as a machine operator at NKT. Her job is to isolate the line or parties that then turn into a cable, what she finds best about working at NKT is the culture and that more and more females are starting to work on the production line.

Marika is a production development technician, she finds that NKT is a great place to work because it’s under constant development. NKT has a lot of big projects where she and her team need to develop new strategies and adapt the production to keep up with them.

Artur works as a machine operator at NKT in Velké Meziříčí, Czech Republic. He finds NKT has a nice atmosphere where everyone is ready to help each other, and with great communication between teams and colleagues.

Zivile, Senior GL Accountant at our Shared Service Center in Kaunas on how one can develop within different Finance positions at NKT. The collaboration between different NKT countries world-wide is one reason Zivile enjoys her work in the company.

Eva Sailer moved from Germany to Sweden to work as a Commercial Support Center Specialist for NKT and make her mark on the green transition.

Ann-Charlotte has had the opportunity to work in many different departments at NKT. She’s currently working within the installation department and appreciates the opportunities for personal and professional development within NKT.

Tomasz has worked at NKT for 7 years. He started his journey as a machine operator and in 2021 he got the opportunity to work as a tactical and operational buyer at NKT. He believes that what makes NKT a good place to work is the culture and the sense of community.

Julia is a team leader in customer service at NKT. She started working just a year ago as a consultant and after a few months she got the opportunity to be a team leader in customer service and order management. She mentions that NKT is great because it gives the opportunity to develop.

Therese works in the production environment where safety is the number one priority and finds that the secure work environment in NKT makes her and her team gain more focus on being creative and productive.

Harshita is part of the front-end engineering design team. She finds NKT a very good place, because she can challenge herself every day at work and mentions that it helps her grow not only on a professional level but on a personal level as well.

Ulrica has been working at NKT for 8 years and leads a global team that works with health, safety and environment in different customer projects. Because of our complex business she can learn new things every single day even after such a long career at NKT.

Michelle has expanded her roles and responsibilities, taken a project management education and achieved the office status as "the woman who knows everything".

What Isac likes best about working at NKT is that there is a purpose behind the work that he and his team are doing which is to help in the ongoing environmental crisis and energy crisis in the world.

Maria is a project manager in large customer projects. She and her colleagues always look for new ways forward to reach the goals and search for good solutions for our customers and NKT. She mentions that when you start as a newcomer at NKT, everyone is very open minded and willing to help.

Marie is the third generation to work at NKT. Following in the footsteps of her father and grandfather, Marie Møller carries forward the traditions and values she was raised with in her day-to-day tasks at NKT.
